When you order from this website you accept this and agree to the following terms and conditions.

This site is operated on behalf of our franchisees and orders are taken as agent on behalf of the franchisee. All stores are independently owned and operated by our franchisees. Each store is responsible for complying with all its own legal and statutory requirements and we, The Perfect Pizza Company Ltd (Registered Office Sterling Hay Suite, 100 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HP and Company No 07714401), cannot be held responsible for any acts or omissions in respect of our franchisees. Whilst we monitor our franchisees through a programme of regular quality control visits and inspections, ultimately all food preparation is the sole responsibility of the franchisee.

There may be occasions where we are unable to supply some or all of the items ordered. The franchisee will contact you and offer you an alternative or a full refund.

• Voucher code valid for online orders only.
• Voucher code valid for one use only.
• Voucher code for the amount of £20.00 to be deducted from the total. Before the £20.00 can be deducted from order, an order of £20.00 or greater must be entered.
• 1 entry per person. Fraudulent entries / entries from false profiles will not be counted.
• Winner will be chosen from entries at random.
• Facebook in no way sponsor, endorse or administer or are associated with this promotion.
• By entering this giveaway you agree to have your comments and details used for publication on the Perfect Pizza UK Facebook page.

Delivery & cancellation

Preparation of your order begins within minutes of us receiving your order and it will be delivered (or available for collection as applicable) shortly thereafter.

You have the right to cancel an order if you call the franchisee direct, usually within a few minutes of placing your order, providing we have not started its preparation. If your cancellation is accepted, you will be refunded by the same method as used for the payment normally within 3 working days.

Each Franchisee is entitled to cancel any order and will notify you in such an event.

Credit card payment and our prices

If you are paying by credit or debit card on the website, your card will be charged immediately by The Perfect Pizza Company Ltd and the amount accounted to the franchisee.

Our prices include VAT at the prevalent rate (currently 20%) where applicable. As each franchise is independently operated, prices of individual items may vary from store to store.

Website provided on best endeavour basis

This site is provided on a best endeavour basis and we cannot provide any assurance whatsoever on representation and content herein. To the fullest extent possible, we are therefore unable to accept any liability (financial or otherwise) arising from any act or omission. Any loss which you may suffer is limited to the maximum purchase price of the item ordered.

Variations to these terms and conditions

We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time.

Law and jurisdiction

Any dispute or claim arising (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and you irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such a dispute or claim.
